The hotel is centrally located in a traditional English square, superbly situated right in the heart of the town. The staff were generally lovely and helpful, though some seemed unmotivated. The dining experience was good overall but with some disorganization. The rooms, however, were very disappointing due to noise and dated décor, though the issues were promptly resolved by the staff. The hotel offers a quiet garden setting, maintaining the essence of Marlborough.
